Business Planning

We also provide a schedule of tasks that need to be completed – many with our support – as you go through your project from up to 12 months out. We are always available to offer you any support you need.

Mix, Ingredients, and Recipes

The equipment you choose and the passion you bring to your operation are important. Of no lesser importance is the product you offer to your customers. We work with the finest mix and ingredients suppliers in the frozen dessert industry. When you work with Lancaster Manufacturing, you take advantage of our network of suppliers. This ensures that you have the finest products, always available for your customers. Our recipe list, featuring over 100 flavors, is also available.

Restaurant Layouts

With over 60 years combined experience in a variety of foodservice operations, we have the experience to put together a store layout that is customer friendly, provides great service, and helps you minimize your labor costs. Please view some examples of our restaurant layouts here. These layouts are put together after we fully understand your concept and are normally done after a site visit. We provide your architect with a final plan that can be submitted for permitting with little or no adjustment. We also provide an estimate for the equipment, installation, and training.

Installation and Training

Installation is offered on all the equipment we supply. Our trained installers work with your contractors and architects to make sure that you do not experience any delays as opening day approaches. Our staff are on hand to answer any questions that arise and to make sure that everything goes smoothly.
